Bump -- This book might have added 5 years to my life! : After following Bryant's fitness advice for a while, I was psyched to see he has written a book encapsulating his 10+ years of expertise on the subject. Besides being full of great advice on how to do specific exercises properly, and how to fuel your body with the right foods to gain lean muscle and lose weight, Bryant is inspirational! He's like a motivational speaker whispering in your ear reminding you that, yes, you can do this regardless of your age! In fact, he reminds you that you MUST do this, to enjoy a healthier and longer life. I became moved to join a local fitness center after reading just the intro and the first few chapters. For one it’s an easy ready, there’s nothing in there to try and baffle you it just makes simple sense. I’m not the best at reviews but I like to share the love when it’s due. Not only is there this book which lists some very simple exercises with clear instructions but there’s also a supplementary diet plan book that accompanies it.
